ILAW Lesson Planner helps teachers create editable lesson plan drafts and related classroom materials. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the website, create an account, or purchase a paid feature.
The generator may process the grade level, subject, quarter, topic, learning competency, learner profile, language preference, and other lesson details you enter. Do not submit student names, identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
The current public generator uses structured templates in the browser. If AI-assisted or cloud generation is added later, this policy will be updated before those inputs are sent to an external provider.
If accounts are enabled, we may process your name, email address, authentication details, saved lesson history, and product access. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies. We may retain transaction identifiers, product details, payment status, and billing records, but we do not intend to store full card numbers.
The site may use essential cookies for sign-in, security, language, and payment flows. Analytics or preference cookies may be enabled to understand site performance and improve the product. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Information may be used to provide the generator, maintain accounts, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, measure site performance, and communicate important service updates.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information where applicable. You can also clear browser storage or adjust cookie settings. Some essential cookies are required for login and payment features to work.
The service is intended as a teacher planning aid. Teachers should not enter personal information about children or students. Generated plans should describe learner needs in general, non-identifying terms.
This policy may be updated when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear on this page.
