By accessing or using ILAW Lesson Planner, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

ILAW Lesson Planner provides editable lesson plan drafts and related classroom materials. Outputs may include Intentions, Learning Experiences, Assessment, Ways Forward, worksheets, quizzes, answer keys, teacher notes, and PPT outlines.

Teacher responsibility

Generated content is a drafting aid, not an official DepEd document or a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for checking curriculum alignment, factual accuracy, learner suitability, accessibility, assessment quality, school requirements, and classroom safety before use or submission.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Paid features

Some features may require a one-time payment or subscription. The product, price, currency, billing period, included usage, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. See the Refund Policy for eligible refund requests.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, or attempt to extract private source code or credentials.

Intellectual property

You retain responsibility for the lesson details you submit. Subject to these terms and any third-party rights, you may edit and use generated drafts for your own educational work. The website, product design, software, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be corrected, changed, limited, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that every output will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular class.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ILAW Lesson Planner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of generated content or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these terms, security risk, fraud, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.
